Terms of Build.
01. Architectural Delivery
EdronFertal commits to delivering high-performance digital assets within the agreed 2–5 business day timeline for standard builds. Enterprise-level logic requires extended periods for QA and optimization.
02. Asset Licensing
Upon final payment, full intellectual property and source code ownership are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the build in the EdronFertal portfolio as a case study.
03. Revision Protocol
We offer absolute architectural alignment. Revisions are unlimited during the design and logic phase. Major structural changes after technical deployment may require additional budget allocation.
04. Hosting & Deployment
Final assets are deployed to the client's chosen infrastructure (Vercel, Shopify, etc.). EdronFertal provides initial launch optimization but is not responsible for 3rd-party hosting uptime.
