01. Architectural Delivery
Edron Fertal commits to delivering high-performance digital foundations within the agreed timeframe. Standard builds operate on a 2-5 business day timeline, while Enterprise systems require bespoke scheduling based on complexity.
02. IP & Asset Ownership
Upon final settlement of the investment, full source code and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. Edron Fertal maintains no secondary claim to the architecture once technical handover is initialized.
03. Revision Protocol
We operate on an 'Absolute Alignment' model. Revisions are unlimited during the initial design and logic phase. Major structural changes after final deployment may require a new strategic consultation.
04. Hosting & Deployment
Final assets are deployed to the client's chosen infrastructure (Vercel, Shopify, for etc.). Edron Fertal provides initial launch optimization but is not responsible for 3rd-party hosting uptime or maintenance post-handover.
